I. Limited Warranty Policy

1. Who is Covered?

This Limited Warranty extends only to:

  • (a) The original customer who purchased the Covered Product directly from GLEESOUL official channels; and

  • (b) The customer using the Covered Product for non-commercial, in-home use only.

This warranty does not extend to any subsequent owner or any product resold second-hand.

 

2. Covered Products and Warranty Period

GLEESOUL frameless sofas come with a 1-Year Limited Warranty starting from the original purchase date.

Our warranty covers core components like the foam filling and removable outer covers against any manufacturing flaws. Any defects due to craftsmanship will be replaced within one year of purchase.

 

3. What is NOT Covered (Warranty Exclusions)

The following defects or damages are not covered under the GLEESOUL warranty:

  • Abnormal Use: Damages caused by negligence, misuse, accidents, improper storage, or commercial purposes.

  • Improper Cleaning: Damages resulting from violating the care instructions in II. Product Care, specifically washing or soaking the shredded foam filling.

  • Normal Wear and Tear: Minor discoloration, light pilling, and normal softening of the foam due to routine usage over time.

  • Third-Party Damage: Stains or tears caused by pets, chemical cleaners, or corrosive agents.

  • Non-Original Purchaser: Products purchased from unauthorized retailers or resold products.

 

4. How to Submit a Warranty Claim

To submit a warranty claim, please email our customer service at support@gleesoul.com with the following information:

  • Your original Order Number.

  • A clear explanation of the issue and the claimed defect.

  • Clear photos or videos demonstrating the defective area.

GLEESOUL reserves the right to make the final determination on all warranty claims.

 

II.  Product Care Guide

GLEESOUL sofas are designed to make your cleaning routine as hassle-free as your setup.

1. Caring for Removable Outer Covers

The best way to maintain the cover fabric is to clean spills quickly and brush off dirt before it becomes embedded.

General Cleaning Steps:

  • Vacuum or Pat: Regularly use a vacuum cleaner or a soft-bristle brush to remove dust and dirt embedded in the fabric.

  • Machine Wash: Unzip and remove the cover. Use a Mild Cycle and a small amount of neutral detergent (such as Woolite or Dawn dishwashing liquid).

  • Rinse Thoroughly: Ensure the fabric is thoroughly rinsed to remove all soap residue.

  • Air Dry: Covers should be hung or laid flat to air dry. Avoid direct sunlight or high heat drying, which may cause shrinkage or fading.

  • Avoid Aggressive Methods: Do not use stiff brushes or any other abrasive cleaning methods.

 

2. Caring for Shredded Foam Filling

The high-resilience shredded foam filling is the core of GLEESOUL's comfort and requires specific care.

Routine Maintenance:

  • Fluff and Rotate: We recommend patting and fluffing the sofa modules weekly. Also, rotate the modules regularly to encourage internal air circulation and maintain uniform support and loftiness.

Stain Treatment:

  • Spot Clean Only: If the filling is accidentally stained, do not wash or soak the entire filling.

  • Gentle Blotting: Use a clean, slightly damp cloth (with a small amount of mild detergent) to gently blot and press the stained area.

  • Thorough Drying: You MUST ensure the foam filling is completely dry in a well-ventilated area before putting the cover back on, to prevent mildew.
