We want you to be fully satisfied with your new modular sofa. To ensure a transparent experience, please carefully review our 30-day guarantee and return policy below.
1. 30-Day Inspection & Authorization
You have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately at support@gleesoul.com if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Please note that all returns must be authorized by our team in advance; items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
2. Return Shipping Responsibility
The responsibility for return shipping costs is determined by the specific nature of your request.
For any products identified with manufacturing defects, Gleesoul will fully cover the costs by providing a comprehensive replacement to ensure your satisfaction.
However, if a return is initiated for personal reasons—such as a change of mind or a mismatch in space due to not checking dimensions—the customer is responsible for managing all return logistics and covering the associated shipping fees.
3. Essential Pre-Purchase Checklist
To ensure your new furniture fits perfectly and to avoid the significant stress of returning heavy items, we urge you to measure your space carefully against our provided size charts before completing your purchase.
It is also important to plan ahead for delivery, as our furniture-grade foam modules are substantial, with individual boxes weighing between 70-120 lbs.
Please ensure you have arranged for younger or stronger assistance to move the items safely into your home. Furthermore, we strongly recommend adding Seel Insurance at checkout to safeguard your investment against any potential damage or loss that may occur during the transit process.
4. Non-Returnable Items & Exchanges
Certain items cannot be returned, including custom products, personalized items, and "Sale" items or gift cards.
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
5. Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return to confirm if the refund was approved. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days.
Please remember it can take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
